Well I think my original owner looked the other way when I ran away. I found my new owner while I was playing with a bunch of kids, I put on my best behavior and after a short stay at a kennel, in case my original owner did look for me (he didn't).  My new owner came and got me and we went to the vet to get fixed even though nothing was broke, I'll say no more about that.

 We got home and after a couple days of recovery I promptly tore up everything I could, furniture, carpet, shoes and everything I could get my choppers on, about that time my owner learned specifics about my breed (heehee).

  Well after my new owner had some training and was able to see things from my view we got along real well. I learned how to refrain from herding everything that moved, I stopped chewing everything up and I even quit hiding things although my new owner was laughing when I took all the cristmas tree ornaments off the tree and hid them in the bathroom cabinet. It's been good times, now I nap during the day then we play frisbee, tire swing and sometimes go to chase the geese in the evenings.

 We dont like puppy mills, pet owners that consider a pet as furniture and we dont think little dogs should be used as a fashion accesory. We like kibble! 

 Hi everyone I'm Orbit,

I was a stray wandering around Petersburg and that landed me in doggy jail. Then some nice people came to pick me up because they said they were ARPH rescue so I got to go with them and they took good care of me, I got baths and toys and all kinds of other dogs to play with. I also got to go to the vet and like my new pal Buddy said "even though nothing was broke" I got "fixed". I got all my shots and some medicine for my heart or something.

It's been about two months now so I figure it's time to update this, I'm really happy at my new home and my owner says that I'm in my forever home. When I first got here I was kind of slow and timid but now that I am more comfortable I'm acting just like any other puppy, I get into trouble alot, run around fast enough to make my owner worry about my blindness and I like to test my limits. The way I see it is if it hurts I'll be more careful, until then theres no stopping me. I will never, ever, wear my doggles unless a treat is constantly provided but I do like my training. I know how to reach for "steps up" and "steps down" now, I know when to be "careful" (that means slow down and stop spinning and use my paws for feelers) on a side note even though I can't see, I think my owner uses that sometimes even when there is no danger and just wants me calm. I will stay as long as my owner keeps talking to me, humans are kinda slow learners so it took awhile for him to learn that I must know where he is all the time. I still like to protect my home alittle to much and I bark alot but I know now the vacuum isn't a monster, I'm still deciding about this big tree like thing. I love running and playing with Buddy, except when he tricks me and jumps in the lake, we wrestle or play tug almost non-stop, my owner is real happy about that because he said Buddy was starting to get lazy, I'll never let that happen.
