Rehab:

Yesterday we went to the soccer games with dad and got to walk in the park. Then, we went to get our food. Leader wanted to take me out alone so I can get used to seeing dogs, again. Anyway, Panchita and Rocky had to stay in the car with dad. We went in and I noticed a pack behind us, a Red Doberman, a dachshund mix, and a Chihuahua mix. Sounds familiar? Leader was weak in the knees when she saw the Dobie. The minute the Dobie saw me, he wouldn't stop looking at me. Guess what happened?  Yep, we ended up being in the same isle. There we were one end to the other. heir leader was talking and the pack was facing an the other way but the Dobie wouldn't turn around and just stood there starring at me. Yep, he starred at me, Leader starred at him.

You know the famous Dobie smile(panthing)?

I told leader, "He better not think I am lunch."

Well, anyway, Rocky and Panchita wanted to get out and go in too. Leader told dad to go a seperate way because I have a way of influincing my behavior on them sometimes. Rocky and Panchita got to sniff and introduce themselves to that pack. Once they were done, the Dobie turn right back and looked at me again! I didn't sense a challenge from him so I kept my cool. Had to give to the dawg. Most dogs just stay stay away or don't stare at me, so he's got guts.

Hello fellow paw pals!

Hope all my pals had a pawsome weekend! Happy monday hehe:] I want to say thank you to every pawdy that just added me as their friend here on MDS. I also want to thank the doggies who sent me requests! I just love meeting new paw pals and making new friendships!!

Mommy is still very sick, so I have been on my best behavior and have been keeping her company. Im here laying on mommy's bed while she sends everypawdy messages:]

Today is a very special day for me because I am "Dog of the Day" on the myspace app. "The Dog Place." I have waited awhile for that special honor, and wanted to encourage all my MDS pals to add "The Dog Place" app on myspace!! It is getting re done soon & will have so many fun features for every pawdy, so please please check it out. 7 dogs, Hello friends!! Yes we know, it has been forever since we barked. This site moves way too slow and we have no patience for that at all. We missed Spaghetti day, so happy Spaghetti day.
We actual had spaghetti on Sunday.  Momma is still looking real hard for a job, she is tired of not working and not having any money. We (Nickey, Diamond and me Anastasia) got to meet Cinnamon (love_ beagles), she was really nice and pretty. Read our blog about it. Diamond has learned another trick that has Momma saying “No Diamond”; it is reaching up to the counter and pulling down the food she can reach. She has gotten into real trouble over that one. Auntie Hydie is the one that taught her that trick. So Diamond has been getting into a lot of trouble.

We have heard some bad things lately…  A dog named Imax fell and had to get surgery done on his spine read more about it in 7 dogs’ blog. Spottie is very sick and his Momma and him need our support and prayers. We already rounded some pups up and went to Singapore to take care of him.


Nickey said he is willing to come back and make a second trip to bring more support to Spottie and take care of him. In our own news, AJ has had a bad couple of days. Saturday night he was hurting real bad and could not get comfortable. Sunday he was in less pain but was exhausted from Saturday night. Today he seems better but sometimes he hurts a little. You ask why didn’t Momma take him to the vet? She has no money to do it. Here you have to have the full payment to see the vet and no billing involved. She doesn’t even have the money for a simple visit let alone test and what not. So we all are nursing AJ and making sure he is alright. He still has his appetite and gets around he just hurts and whines sometimes.  Please keep him in your thoughts.

Hi Seven,

Wow we've missed you, mom, hasn't been on for us in a few days.

How have you been? We are good, we helped mom take down decorations, and she has to go back to work tomorrow, she really doesn't want to. She said "What you guys do without me Monday?" We will sure miss having her here all day.

MyHotComments Hi everyone, Well today is Momma's last vacation day; she goes back to work tomorrow. I will miss not having her at home everyday, she says her tummy gets upset everytime she thinks about having to go back to work. Last night she and I took a long walk. I am surprising myself about how good I am doing with that wretched cart. I kind of like it now that my butt has pretty well quit working at all. I can stand up again and that is pretty cool. The only hard part is coming back up the hill. Momma hasn't let me go all the way to the bottom yet, She is afraid that I will get too sore trying to climb back up. Momma and I have a game we have played since I was very young that we call "The Stinking Couch" game. Momma tells me she is going to put me on the stinking couch and I pretend to try to get away from her. I know it sounds stupid, but she gets a kick out of it. Since I have had this butt-drag disease it has been impossible to play like we once did. I have been trying to teach her that we can still play, we just have to play different. Instead of trying to get away from her, I just go dead weight now making it harder for her to pick me up. And by George (No, george its just an expression, she didn't go by you) she finally figured out that I was still playing last night and not saying that I didn't want to play. So we had a blast playing for a long time last night, then we all laid on the bed and just relaxed and petted one another for a long time. After awhile, I was ready to go to sleep and Momma helped me get on my bed and get comfortable. Finally she and Daddy went to sleep. I laid there a while thinking about how much my life has changed, but how much it is still the same. Then I too, drifted off to dream land.
