Paige is a great dog looking for a loving family.  She was the victim of neglect in her previous home.  She spent her first 18 months of life on a chain, and her owners were frequently cited for not providing proper care.

THEN....  one day...  she made her way to ALMOST HOME!  Paige loves to run and play, gets along great with everyone and with many, many other dogs.  Her favorite things are playing under the water hose and trips to the dog park, where she enjoys her role as unofficial Greeter and Chairwoman of Activities.  She also loves to EAT, and she has gained about 15 lbs in our care. 

Christian might be missing a leg, but he isn't missing any personality!

In his former home, Christian was allowed to run at large.  Unfortunately, he found his way to the road where he was hit by a car and his leg was shattered. 

The vet who amputated his leg did a remarkable job, and once Christian recovered, his spirit returned.  His owners no longer wanted him so lucky Christian made his way to ALMOST HOME where he loves to romp and play.  His favorite playmates are a deaf Great Dane (he doesn't mind she can't hear and she doen't mind he's missing a leg) and an Irish Setter puppy.  He can go all day long, and when it's time tp quit he loves his crate.

Christian is a small dog - weighing in at about 25 lbs.  His character, however, is immense.

Christian is available for adoptin in the Middle TN area.  Christian definitely thinks his new owners should have a safe, fenced yard.  We agree!!
